Law in a Digital Economy
Everyone agrees that technology is deeply affecting all domains of our life. It might seem that it is the ultimate threat to the very fabric of the legal system, as well as to basic rights and freedoms of individuals, but we need to look at these developments through a wider perspective. This LL.M. enables you to understand how law must evolve in order to adjust to the emerging digital economy.
Law in a European and Global Context
The law is changing, which means that lawyers increasingly need to operate in the context of a plurality of jurisdictions and legal sources, taking into consideration the social and economic changes that are happening worldwide. This LL.M. is specifically tailored to meet the challenges of this pluralism, through a truly international legal education.
Advanced LL.M.
in International Business Law
This LL.M. is one of the few programmes specifically designed for those attorneys who seek to develop a professional career in international business law. Using an innovative approach to transnational, Anglo-American and European business law, it covers a wide range of topics, such as contracts, project finance, commercial and investment arbitration, corporate law, securities regulation, EU internal market, and international tax law.

At Católica Global School of Law you will find a cutting edge and truly international legal education. The quality and innovation of the programmes has been consistently recognized by the Financial Times and is listed in the best 50 programmes in the Western Europe of Eduniversal Ranking.

Católica Global School of Law has a remarkable group of scholars, among the most important names in their respective fields of study, that embrace the approach in our programmes.
We believe that the professors have a great influence in the students and that's why we are very selective, making more accessible the possibility to meet and get to know the teachers.

“Instead of adhering to the traditional approach where PhD students spend long periods in isolated study, the Programme offers courses which allow students to meet with fellow PhD candidates, participate in engaging debates on contemporary issues and exchange ideas with academics from diverse backgrounds. […] the Global School attracts students from all over the world and this allows me to network with and become part of a diverse alumni group.”
